Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of legal experience, with meaningful product counseling, regulatory, and litigation experience
- Extensive experience counseling non-lawyer clients in the crypto/blockchain industry or at a fast-paced consumer technology company
- Track record of collaborative partnership with lawyers and non-lawyers (whether up, below, or across) to solve problems and get things done
- Expertise in blockchain, NFT, marketplace, or platform liability issues
- Juris doctor from accredited law school
- Member of a US state bar in good standing
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead product counseling, litigation, employment, and other key functions
- Provide nimble, practical advice to product, engineering, and operations teams shipping innovative new features, products, and programs
- Work closely with product, comms, and marketing teams on external facing proactive and reactive communications
- Develop and ship reusable frameworks for complex issues without clear solutions
- Keep abreast of quickly evolving legal and regulatory landscape to forecast and head off potential challenges

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans across multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $270,000 - $330,000 plus benefits & equity.
