Radiant Commons is a non-stock corporation focused on technologies that empower users to consent to when and how their information is used. We re a small, fully remote, agile team working primarily with Penumbra to grow a robust ecosystem for a fully private, proof-of-stake network and decentralized exchange for the Cosmos ecosystem. Duties & Responsibilities
Who you are: You love privacy, you get excited about cutting-edge crypto projects, and you like people! You jump at opportunities to teach and share with others, and, of course, you are keen to help. You have at least professional-level English (other languages a bonus!). Experience with Discord, ticketing systems (we re using MAVA), community engagement and Customer Support is a strong plus. You live within the Americas time zones.
What you ll be doing: You ll be our users first (and positive!) interaction with Penumbra, whether this be answering questions in our Discord server, participating our community events, or guiding users through the Penumbra experience and helping them when they have questions. You ll navigate support needs as they come up, including escalating technical issues, updating documentation, and passing on useful product feedback to software development teams in the ecosystem. You ll also attend regular online community calls and engage in other online opportunities to share information about Penumbra, including as both part of, and in support of the Penumbra Beta Program, where we test product updates rolled out for Penumbra. The specifics: • 25 hours per week• Including monitoring Discord (at set times), X and the forum, responding to tickets, providing support admin, participating in beta testing and attending scheduled online syncs and community events • $3kUSD per month, in the transfer method of your choice, fiat or crypto • Reports to Community Lead, who will give regular updates on protocol and training/learning opportunities • Starting November 1st (if not sooner) What next: Please submit a form here: https://forms.gle/rLba9YExFUEWGjDG6 and we ll be in touch ASAP.
