Triton One provides high-end infrastructure services and is one of the most trusted infrastructure providers for DeFi ecosystems on high-performance blockchains such as Solana and SUI. Through our globally distributed RPC and validator deployments, we work closely with some of the key developer teams in these spaces. To bolster our Customer Support experience for our customers and team, we re looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent with an affinity to blockchain technology, who can help our team resolve our customers questions and difficulties methodically and swiftly. Responsibilities Responding to our customers questions on all used communication channels such as Telegram, Discord, Slack, and other portals. Resolving basic questions and issues using your knowledge of blockchain technology, or forward customers to already available information sources. Create, organize, and keep track of open customer support tickets. Activating team members when necessary. Updating customers regularly for longer outstanding tickets. Requirements Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work methodically and diligently, see where you can contribute, and work independently. Willing to work European hours 5 days per week. At least 2 years experience with customer facing roles. Have more than basic knowledge of blockchain technology, namely on the read/write layer (RPC nodes), and be able to read transactions on blockchain explorers. Interpret visual graphs.
