What you will do: Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events from concept to review. Global Coordination: Oversee events in multiple markets, ensuring consistency with company objectives. Project Oversight: Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful execution. Budget Management: Track and manage budgets for cost-effective, high-impact events. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution. Logistics: Handle venue selection, contracts, catering, AV setups, and attendee management. Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging. Attendee Experience: Design engaging events that prioritise satisfaction. Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback and analyse success metrics for improvements. What you will bring: 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a global or multi-market role. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Proven experience in managing event budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
