Responsibilities User Growth Strategy: Develop and execute targeted strategies to drive the acquisition and engagement of Futures users, focusing on increasing trading volumes and user retention Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior, trading patterns, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improving user experience and optimizing marketing campaigns Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute Futures trading competitions, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive engagement and increase trading activity Affiliate Program Management: Lead the operations and growth of the Future Affiliates Program. Identify, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners who can drive user acquisition and trading activity for the exchange Affiliate Strategy & Incentives: Design and implement incentive structures and promotions tailored for affiliate partners, ensuring they have the resources and tools to effectively promote the exchange and increase Futures user engagement Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and Local teams to align growth initiatives with product features, promotions, and updates Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs such as trading volume, affiliate performance, active user growth, and conversion rates.
