Duties & Responsibilities
Overview of Role: Mintable is on a mission to embed NFTs into all aspects of businesses and daily life. As a leading NFT platform, we are pioneering solutions that bridge traditional industries with the growing world of NFTs and crypto. We are introducing new NFT protocols and utilities, aiming to reshape the market and onboard the next millions to the “Home of your NFTs.” We are looking for a Marketing Manager who s a degen at heart but also understands how Web2 industries operate. You will lead go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for our newest NFT products, targeting Web3 (NFT and Crypto) natives, while bridging Web2 industries with the power of utility NFTs through our B2B2C platform, Mintology. Your role will involve creating compelling narratives, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborating strategically with key players and KOLs across the crypto, NFT, and enterprise ecosystems. You ll also have the opportunity to build and lead the marketing team from the ground up, working alongside external agencies. This is a critical role in positioning Mintable as a leader in the rapidly evolving NFT and crypto landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Lead GTM strategies for new and existing NFT products and protocols, covering both utility NFTs and crypto-native applications. This includes the execution of multi-channel campaigns across social media, PR, email, paid ads, and events (where relevant), ensuring targeted reach and engagement across different audience segments. • Drive compelling narratives and content strategies tailored to specific target audiences (degen or industry), ensuring the right messaging, creative direction, and production align to drive engagement and conversions. • Leverage and build strong networks with KOLs, community influencers, and partner brands in the NFT and crypto space to foster collaborations and drive brand growth. • Stay ahead of crypto and NFT market trends/ narratives, using insights to adapt and evolve marketing strategies. • Grow the marketing team, scaling from the ground up, while managing agency partnerships for campaign execution. Ideal Candidate: • At least 5 years in marketing, with a track record in both Web3 (NFTs / crypto) and Web2 industries (e.g. retail/ commerce, entertainment, tech, infra) • Deep understanding of the NFT, crypto, and/or broader Web3 ecosystems, with keen insight into their narratives and market dynamics. • Strong connections within the Web3 community, including CT KOLs, NFT communities and/or other ecosystem players. • Experience in digital and Web3 community-building, with a talent for crafting narratives that drive virality and engagement. • Creative thinker with the ability to direct content and production efforts. • Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
