As Head of Stablecoin, you will lead the creation, launch, and scaling of a stablecoin product that will redefine the financial landscape. Weâre looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record in launching successful stablecoins or similar fintech products. Youâll work cross-functionally with legal, regulatory, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring this project to life, ensuring its success in the global market. Duties & Responsibilities
Proven English fluency. Stablecoin expert: You have deep knowledge and passion for stablecoins and have successfully launched a stablecoin or a similar fintech product. Experience with PayPal or other major financial players launching stablecoins is a plus. Ambitious team leader: Proven experience in leading teams of 10 or more across various functions, with a track record of delivering impactful results. Strategic thinker: Demonstrated ability to drive product, market, and legal strategies to ensure successful launches in highly regulated environments. Regulatory and legal expertise: A thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape around stablecoins, especially with emerging frameworks like those from Visa or Mercado Libre. Product and engineering savviness: Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams to build, test, and scale a stablecoin product. Go-to-market execution: You know how to lead sales, marketing, and growth strategies for a stablecoin launch, from conception to mass adoption. What You Will Do
Lead the launch of a stablecoin product, working with legal, regulatory, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure its success. Develop and execute the strategy for the stablecoin launch, from initial development to market adoption, across various jurisdictions. Manage a cross-functional team of 10+, including product managers, engineers, regulatory experts, and sales/marketing professionals. Navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with global financial regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive the stablecoinâs growth and integration into the broader financial ecosystem. Provide insights into the stablecoin landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
