They are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead the human resources department and drive international team expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company s goals and vision. What You Will Do Develop and execute HR strategies to support the company s growth and international expansion Lead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on building diverse and high-performing teams across multiple countries Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth Manage performance evaluation processes and compensation strategies Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions Foster a positive company culture that embraces innovation and diversity Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain a healthy work environment Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives Manage the HR budget and report on key HR metrics What You Will Need Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in HR management software and data analysis tools Apply for this job
