R3D3 s seasoned founding team brings a unique blend of industry insights, operator knowhow and investment success, allowing them to excel with projects such as Stori (LATAM digital bank) and Conflux (Web3 infrastructure). /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Role Description /strong> /p> p>This is a full-time hybrid role for a Investment Manager at R3D3 Ventures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing venture building, scaling, and investing activities in alignment with the firm s mission. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day tasks include identifying investment opportunities, managing portfolio companies, and leveraging networks to support entrepreneurial success. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Key Responsibilities: /strong> /p> ul> li>Source and evaluate investment opportunities in the tech ecosystem, particularly AI & Fintech & SaaS. /li> li>Develop and maintain relationships with startups, founders, entrepreneurs, operators, venture capital firms, sector experts and other key stakeholders. /li> li>Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the corporate venture team. /li> li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. /li> li>Lead due diligence processes and deal negotiations; prepare investment memos and present findings to senior management. /li> li>Monitor portfolio companies and provide post-investment support. /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Qualifications: /strong> /p> ul> li>Bachelor s degree or above top ranked higher education institutions; /li> li>4-6 years of experience in start-up, tech, venture capital, investment banking, or corporate development, preferably related to AI and/or Fintech. /li> li>Strong business development capabilities with established networks in the start-up ecosystem in the Bay Area. /li> li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. /li> li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /li> /ul>
