Job Responsibilities: • Market Strategy Development & Execution: Oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing strategies for the company s cryptocurrency contract products. Align marketing initiatives with the company s overall objectives to enhance brand influence and expand market share. • Brand Building & Market Positioning: Lead the development and positioning of the company s brand to ensure distinctiveness and recognition in the cryptocurrency market, boosting brand value and user loyalty. • Marketing Campaign Planning & Implementation: Independently plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including brand promotions, user acquisition, and community management. Continuously refine strategies based on market feedback. • Advertising Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement precise advertising strategies to optimize various channels (social media platforms, search engines, media partnerships) for maximum effectiveness, enhancing brand exposure, user acquisition, and market conversion rates. • Resource Integration & Partnership Development: Leverage extensive industry networks to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with regional communities, media outlets, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to achieve brand and market goals. • Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to analyze campaign performance, optimize advertising, and improve ROI for marketing efforts. • Cross-Department Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, technology, and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies and efficient cross-functional project execution. Qualifications: • Deep Industry Knowledge: Profound understanding of the cryptocurrency contract market, including trends, competitive landscape, technological innovations, and user needs, providing valuable insights for strategic planning. • Brand Building Expertise: Proven experience in crafting and executing distinctive and effective branding strategies that ensure competitive advantage and market recognition. • Extensive Marketing Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years in a centralized exchange, addressing its unique market dynamics and challenges. • Track Record of Success: Demonstrable success in driving quantifiable results through marketing campaigns, branding efforts, or advertising investments, such as user growth, trading volume increases, or enhanced brand exposure. • Exceptional Advertising Expertise: Expertise in advertising strategy and execution, with proficiency in channels like social media, Google Ads, and KOL partnerships to maximize conversion rates and ROI. • Data-Driven Optimization: Advanced skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously refine strategies for improved market efficiency. • Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective communication and coordination with technical, product, and sales teams to drive cross-departmental projects and execute marketing strategies seamlessly. Compensation Package: • Competitive salary structure: Base salary + dividend share (negotiable based on experience and expertise). • This role reports directly to the CEO/COO.
