Position Summary: Quantstamp is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an operations specialist. This role will involve providing comprehensive support to the operations and hiring teams in various aspects of employee support, hiring and general operations. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly organized, and have experience working as part of a distributed team. Your day-to-day work will involve • Support operational initiatives in finance, employee services, and overall business operations. • Assist with entity management activities. • Contribute to hiring efforts in the APAC region. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects. • Perform various administrative duties as needed. Need to haves • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. • Prior experience in operations, payroll admin, recruitment in APAC or similar roles.
