Your mission is to enhance the experience for our Bitsonauts journey. You will ensure that our support teams are equipped, engaged, and empowered to deliver exceptional service to our users. By focusing on external customer interactions, you will help cultivate a positive and seamless experience that drives customer loyalty and satisfaction. Reports To VP of People Who You Are

Duties & Responsibilities

7+ years of professional experience, including leading teams and managing complex processes. Demonstrates extensive experience and professional knowledge to resolve complex models, processes, and procedures. Provides creative and effective solutions to challenging issues. Understands the interrelationships between different disciplines and contributes to the development of new policies. Analyzes complex issues involving variable factors and determines methods for new assignments. Skilled in building and executing strategies that align with business objectives. Strong focus on data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements. Experienced in fostering a positive culture, and driving employee engagement. Proven experience thriving in remote work environments. Ability to build and maintain networks with key stakeholders across different areas of expertise. Adapts communication style to convey messages that align with broader business goals. Frequently advises others on complex matters and ensures the team delivers on tactical business objectives. What You Will Do
Team leadership: Lead and take care of a dedicated team, creating development plans, providing guidance, and ensuring they have the tools and support needed to grow and succeed in their roles. People Experience Strategy: You’ll define and lead initiatives that influence the overall Bitsonaut experience, aligning it with our company’s values, objectives and strategy, making Bitso a place people are proud to work. Onboarding: Onboarding processes that set new Bitsonauts up for success from day one, helping them feel welcomed and empowered. Recognition programs: Recognition programs that highlight and celebrate achievements across the company, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation. Special celebrations: milestones, anniversaries, and company-wide celebrations that enhance company culture and Bitsonaut satisfaction. Community building: Initiatives that strengthen our sense of community, both in our cities with the biggest number of Bitsonauts and remote environment, ensuring that all Bitsonauts feel connected. Remote work best practices: Development and continuous improvement of our remote work policies, helping our distributed teams work efficiently. Lifecycle focus: Beyond these examples, you’ll oversee the entire Bitsonaut life cycle, continuously looking for ways to enhance the Bitsonaut experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Communication and the People, with teams like rewards, growth and development, and people operations to make every touchpoint with Bitso feel straightforward and impactful, enabling our Bitsonauts to thrive and stay engaged.
