We are seeking a skilled and proactive PR Manager to join STON.fi DEX team. This role is vital in enhancing our platform s visibility, reputation, and public image within the cryptocurrency and DeFi ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies, building strong relationships with media outlets and influencers, and ensuring high-quality coverage for our product. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with our company s goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the crypto and blockchain sectors. Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote STON.fi DEX platform. Identify and secure speaking opportunities, interviews, and media appearances for company executives. Manage and grow our influencer marketing program, focusing on collaborations with respected voices in the crypto community. Monitor industry news and trends to identify PR opportunities and potential risks. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan to effectively manage potential reputational risks. Track and analyze PR metrics to measure the impact of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Organize and conduct press conferences and media events, both virtual and in-person. Manage the company s public image on social media platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience in PR, media relations, corporate communications, or similar roles. Experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries is a plus. Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, DeFi concepts, and the role of DEXs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives around complex technical topics. Established network of media contacts and influencers in the crypto and finance sectors. Experience in managing successful PR campaigns and securing high-quality media coverage. Strong crisis management skills with the ability to think and act quickly under pressure. Familiarity with regulatory considerations for communications in the crypto industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
