This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic environments and can seamlessly manage cross-functional teams. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the company s high standards of excellence.In this role, you ll:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the Global Services teamDefine project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectationsIdentify resource needs, manage project budgets, and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment and smooth executionAct as a point of contact for stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and escalate issues as necessaryOversee cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring each team member understands their roles and responsibilitiesFacilitate communication between teams, ensuring that progress is tracked, and any issues are resolved swiftly to keep projects on trackLead regular project meetings, ensure timely delivery of key milestones, and adapt plans as necessary to address any changes in scope or prioritiesIdentify and mitigate risks and potential roadblocks, ensuring proactive problem-solving strategies are in placeProvide leadership and support to the project teams in the resolution of complex project challengesContinuously review and improve project management processes to ensure efficiency and scalabilityImplement best practices in project management methodologies and tools to standardise the approach to project delivery across Global ServicesWe re looking for candidates who have:Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology, SaaS, or professional services environmentStrong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExceptional communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure clear, concise updates on project progressA proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to manage changeExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking initiative and ownership over project deliverablesStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNice to Have Experience:Proven track record in project management, especially within the SaaS, software, or technology sectorsImplementation or rolling out a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool across teamsLeading cross-functional teams and managing global projects with multiple stakeholdersWorking in customer-facing projects, ensuring deliverables meet customer needs and expectationsPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certificationKnowledge of blockchain technology and familiarity with cryptocurrency services is a plusAbout ChainalysisBlockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation.
