Your mission As a Senior Recruiter at Bitpanda you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and selecting top-tier talent to support the company hiring needs across Technology, Product and more. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-caliber candidates who possess the skills and cultural fit required to thrive in our innovative work environment. What you ll do Recruit top talent globally for our hubs in Vienna, Amsterdam, Bucharest, Berlin and Barcelona!
Duties & Responsibilities
You will manage the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment process and build relevant global sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs. Leveraging your extensive candidate network and utilising various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events and referrals, to identify and attract top talent. Partnering with our hiring leaders across the business to understand the hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals.
Provide a flawless, high-touch candidate interview experience for every candidate from application through to offer stage.
Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview. Track and analyse metrics to report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular basis. Who you are Relevant experience as a full lifecycle recruiter within a fast-paced growth environment, managing multiple hires across the business, ideally with focus on Technology, Software Engineering, Product Development and more. Consistent track record of sourcing and recruiting talent and solving business issues by designing effective hiring strategies. Experience building productive relationships across the business and influencing your stakeholders. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment, we love data and want you to support hiring rationale based on insights. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
