Duties & Responsibilities

Xalts has been selected to participate in multiple government backed programs such as Digital Assets Lab in Qatar Financial Centre, Cyberport Incubation Program in Hong Kong etc.Responsibilities:Write clean maintainable code that is in accordance with xalts development guidelines and exhaustive unit tests for new backend functionality and systemsDesign, develop, and maintain backend services with scalability, reliability, and performance in mindCollaborate closely with product managers and implement new features with qualityCollaborate closely with the QA and Frontend teamsCreate timelines and task breakdown for product requirements provided by product and business teamsRequirements:Bachelor s or Master s Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 1+ years of experience as an Individual contributorProven experience in software development with 1+ years of experience in either Javascript/Golang/JavaUnderstanding of Distributed Systems, Queues, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud servicesFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologiesStrong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, OOPS, and database management systemsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with working in Databases like Postgresql/MongoDB/DynamoDBKnowledge of Test-driven Development, Refactoring, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Design PatternsStrong desire to solving complex and interesting real-world problemsNice to have:Hands-on experience in using CI/CD pipelines and using various services in
