They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. /p> p> br> /p> p>This role will be part of a strategic planning team focused on the Regulated Industries sector reporting to the Vertical Growth Lead for the Regulated Industries vertical as part of the Global Enterprise Go-to-Market function. You will work closely with a wide array of global and regional teams including Business Development, Relationship Management, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Risk and Compliance. Together with your team, you will help to plan and develop long-term goals and strategic objectives to continue to position Worldpay as a thought leader in Regulated Industries and grow the vertical globally. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong> u>What you ll own /u> /strong> /p> ul> li>Author and maintain a Plan to Win for the Regulated Industries vertical, which includes gambling, trading, cryptocurrency and Web3 sub-verticals, across priority markets in our four regions: NORAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. /li> li>Develop the Worldpay value proposition to win in each sub-vertical of focus from the perspective of the customer, and work with internal stakeholders to define our right to win. /li> li>Generate thought leadership to continue to position Worldpay as an influencer within the vertical for use to support sales discussions, in customer business review meetings, and through marketing channels. /li> li>Attend and present at industry conferences, as well as at internal events, on trends impacting the vertical and Worldpay s value proposition therein. /li> li>Define our vertical go-to-market plan to ensure we effectively target our marketing and partner cultivation efforts. /li> li>Coordinate and drive execution of strategic commercial initiatives to grow the vertical. /li> li>Support regional Business Development and Relationship Management teams on various ad-hoc tactical requests including participation in customer meetings, RFPs, developing target lists, informing on vertical thought leadership and trends, to educate them on how to win in target industries. /li> li>Provide input into the product roadmap acting as the voice of the customer for target industries. /li> li>Support a team of strategy and marketing professionals to assist you in driving the objectives of the Regulated Industries vertical Plan to Win. /li> li>Develop a strong internal network amongst key stakeholders including Business Development, Relationship Management, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Risk and Compliance. /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong> u>What you bring: /u> /strong> /p> ul> li>2 year s experience from a large enterprise business in a strategy function /li> li>2 year s experience from a Tier 1 management consultancy firm preferred /li> li>Background in Regulated Industries, such as online gambling / sportsbook, forex or CFD trading platform, or cryptocurrency exchange desired /li> li>You have actively contributed to strategic decision-making processes and are comfortable making choices and assessing trade-offs /li> li>Payments or other financial services experience desirable /li> li>Bachelor s degree preferrable. /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong> u>Added bonus if you have: /u> /strong> /p> ul> li>Experience working in Regulated Industries vertical businesses preferably within a payments or customer experience function. /li> li>Self-motivated and able to work to define priorities across a complex, global organization, as well as close knowledge gaps quickly. /li> li>Ability to build consensus behind a vision and achieve buy-in to deliver on goals. /li> li>Intermediate communication skills including speaking in panels, webinars and on stage at events, and a natural networker. /li> li>Good analytical experience, strong project management skills. /li> li>Comfortable with global travel to attend internal and external events and customer meetings. /li> li>Track record as a high EQ colleague, helping both team engagement and collaboration. /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong> u>Worldpay perks - what we ll bring for you /u> /strong> /p> p>We know it s bigger than just your career.
