- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping social/consumer products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong visual and interaction skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Ability to act as a Product Manager as needed
- Ability to distill abstract design ideas into concrete actionable items for the engineering team
- A passion for Hologram’s vision and products

- A portfolio showcasing your work
- Knowledge & interest in anime, vtubing, gaming, and/or NFT culture
- Experience working on projects from start to finish
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design delightful experiences for Hologram’s users
- Conduct user research to establish deep understanding of our users’ needs
- Work closely with the engineering team and the CEO to ship world-class products
- Actively engage with the Hologram community
- Ruthlessly prioritize, balance speed and quality
