Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers and conduct ongoing due diligence for existing customers against our AML policies
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence for new and existing customers where appropriate
  • Conduct name list screening and carry out review, including obtaining approval on deposition on positive matches of alerts
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Institutional Coverage (IC), Sales, Business Operations and Legal
  • Provide advisory AML policy approach to IC and Sales Teams as needed
  • Assist with the annual AML risk assessment program
  • Assist with AML training of first line of defense
  • Review inbound due diligence requests from our partners and coordinate responses
  • Proactively seek and develop greater productivity and enhancements where possible through process improvements and/or technological enhancements
  • Support regional AML Compliance on ad hoc AML risk control projects and management reporting
