Required:
- 6+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure related role
- Strong experience with Linux administration
- Fluency with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, ELK
- Fluency with Bash, Python or GoLang
- Experience working with microservice-based systems
- Experience with scaling and performance of large systems
- Strong experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Strong security background
- Experience being a member of an on-call rotation
Preferred:
- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency space
- Knowledge of immutable infrastructure design
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, Java, or C
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implementing changes to production infrastructure where uptime is key
- Maintain high availability of the service
- Be a member of the operations response team (on-call)
- Facilitate deployment of new code
- Support operational monitoring and alerting
- Ensure reliability and availability to our logging platform
- Maintain our microservices stack on Kubernetes and AWS
- Support deployment strategy - automation, scripting, workflow
- Automation, infrastructure as code using Terraform
