- A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
- Experiences in designing or trading financial products, i.e. in banks, funds or other institutions, preferably with knowledges of OTC and derivative products
- Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
- 3+ years of product manager experience, preferably from a bank, technology, or blockchain company
- Bachelor’s degree of relevant discipline or above

Duties & Responsibilities
- Discover and identify institutional clients’ requirements on crypto asset products, analyze the gap and propose solutions to build a new product suite for the clients. Develop the PRD necessary to communicate your findings to the team and engineering.
- Design crypto asset trading products as well as the back-end service, user experience and new business model, participating in the whole lifecycle of this platform from project establishment to launch
- Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment and resource structure
- Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
- Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
- Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan
