- Ability to work and lead in a remote environment
- Ability to lead projects autonomously
- Ability to work with engineers and help form products based on what technology affords us to do
- Knowledge of the NFTs, web3 space
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the product lead of cross-functional development team across the full PDLC
- Be accountable for the team has a roadmap and clarity on the what, why, and how to meet their objectives
- Fleshing-out product design spec(s)
- Helping determine the resource needs for the team
- Prioritizing the backlog with the team
- Ensure the team makes effective and timely decisions while remaining inclusive to input in the team and from stakeholders
