Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile applications.

  • Basic knowledge in the field of unit-economy, business development, system analysis.
  • Ability to work with data, build hypotheses and analyze user behavior.
  • Confident spoken English (including technical) - not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
  • Presentation skills and experience, ability and readiness to find a common language with the team, clients and partners of the company.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development and support of current "products" - web, mobile, browser app banking.
  • Development of the concept of an omnichannel layer of interfaces, new digital communication channels and a service API.
  • Constant work on creating and improving UI/UX interfaces.
  • Preparation of requirements for teams, tasks for analytics, design and development.
  • Manage backlog, client paths and processes, user story prioritization.
  • Define vision and product development strategy.
  • Working with feedback in the AppStore/Google Play, client feedback, analysis of requirements and requests.
  • Active cooperation with the marketing department.
  • Active cooperation with the technical leader of the direction.

About The Job

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop the omnichannel digital banking business. Within the framework of this direction, it is necessary to ensure work in three areas of development.

Migration - planning and monitoring the implementation of tasks related to the rebranding of banking applications. Digitolization is the development of current banking applications into multi-channel digital services in conjunction with cross-functional development teams and a product team based on mobile first principles. Transformation - ambitious tasks to transition to an omnichannel layer of banking service delivery applications for customers, taking into account contextual use. Implementation of the superApp model.

A successful candidate for us is a person who is sincerely interested in and understands modern UI/UX, is ready to analyze and study the designs of new applications on the market, and propose hypotheses for implementation in the omnichannel layer. He understands that the modern market is undergoing a digital transformation and is moving from a product development and delivery model to the level of providing services at the right time, in the context of user actions and intentions, and through any channels convenient for the user.
