Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Web3 tooling: designing, implementing, testing and shipping DApps & Protocols (Blockchain + Backend + Frontend Interfaces).
• Previous experience as CTO will be preferred, but it’s not necessary.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Development.
• 3+ years of experience in Smart Contract & Protocol Development
• Ethereum-native dev, daily working with (at least): Solidity, Web3JS, Truffle/Hardhat/others, IPFS, etc.
• Familiar with L2s, at least Polygon
• You have vast knowledge (both theoretical and practical) in: decentralized storage, data structure, CI/CD, databases, and end to end communication.
• Understanding of the DAO space, Web3 communities, and internal dynamics, that you matured in other real-world blockchain projects (NFTs, DAOs, DeFi Protocols, etc.)
• Vast knowledge of Docker
• Passionate about solving problems, being autonomous, taking ownership and actively proposing solutions.
• Mastery of the English language, and ability to read, write, edit and maintain Technical Documentation.
• You need to care about what you / we do. A lot. This is not a Corporation, and some time we will have to run the extra mile :)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Previous experience as Founder.
• Passionate about Art, Stand-up, DAOs, governance, game theory, sociology, and all that jazz :)
• Previous experience with CODECs, compression and livestreaming products.
• You’re deep into the open-source space, and have some previous (Web3) hacking experiences.
• If you love the occasional chess game (and you’re good at it), you may be skipping a couple of rounds of interview :D

About Haus Built on the RTA protocol, Haus introduces dynamic, Real-Time Assets to the NFT space.

It’s a cross-chain livestream platform for artists to create in real-time, and showcase their creative process - and participants to tip during the live events, where the highest tipper owns the final video NFT of the performance.

Haus' model is designed to be fair for artists that previously had little to no visibility in the NFT space. Think of Standup Comedians, or Poets, or any live-performer of sort, connected to either physical art (i.e.: Dancing) or voice.

They can broadcast their artwork creation process in real-time.

This creates the dynamics for a new asset class: the RTA, Real-Time Assets.

These make Haus a comprehensive ecosystem for artists traditionally excluded from the NFT revolution - giving them a way to monetize their creative process itself, as well as engaging with a committed, incentivized audience in a more meaningful, financially rewarding way.

This is not only about creating art. It's a new financial primitive, specially designed for real artists, and their creative needs.

About the Job We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Senior Smart Contract dev to lead us to the V1 release.

The candidate needs to be able to design, implement and maintain our protocol (RTA) – as well as communicating on a daily-basis with the Founder, and the frontend team.

The Role is executive, working directly with Founder and partners – and includes the possibility for a generous equity package, and a as well as personal space, research and growth within the company.
