Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an SMM in Web3 as a must.
- You have a portfolio with the articles/content/videos you’ve created before;
- Successful cases of growing at least one social network from scratch (TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter or Discord).
- You know how to generate and implement ideas tha;
- You follow trends in social networks, design tools and applications;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficiency in using modern project and design management tools like Notion, Figma, Trello, etc.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Content plan creation and its implementation in social networks;
- Analysis of market trends and competitors;
- Formation of the technical task for the designer and control of its execution;
- Creating video creatives (with the help of a video designer or by your own) with you as a main character and a face of the brand.
- Increasing involvement around the project: planning giveaways, invite challenges, quizzes, etc. to attract the audience;
- Full ownership of social networks with control of comments and incoming requests (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn);
- Copywriting of guidelines and manuals for community.
Soft Skills
An additional advantage will be:

Figma design skills (ability to design banners)
