Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management / product ownership experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive team cooperation.
- Experience developing products to solve the root cause of a users problem.
- Have the capacity to sort out complex business scenarios and summarize requirements, and have clear judgement of user needs.
- Outstanding data analysis skills and knowledge to make data-driven business decisions. Experience with SQL preferred.
- Experience working with APIs or data schemas.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Cryptocurrency or DeFi
- Experience with tax, accounting, or ERP systems
- Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Duties & Responsibilities
- Stay on top of regulatory developments, industry trends and internal initiatives related to the fields of Tax, Accounting, and Government.
- Not afraid of pulling up sleeves and looking into technical details of the data extraction from systems of various product lines, deep diving into tax regulatory requirements and work closely with internal and external tax advisors to define formulas and cost basis etc.
- Confident to build trust relationships with external partners and service providers, being resourceful and innovative in driving the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation phases.
- Carry out industry research and competitive analysis to understand industry development trends and formulate tax product iteration directions. Articulate metrics, requirements, goals, and features to all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop product documentation including specification, wireframe and process flows. Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to consolidate them into future enhancements.
- Ensure proper integration and scalability of shared systems, products and tools.
