Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of Layer 1 solution architecture experience.
- Fluency in blockchain (not smart-contract!) Layer 1 development.
- 4+ years in the blockchain field and experience building mainnet Layer 1s.
- Experience building production-grade cryptocurrency wallets.
- Experience building smart contracts and protocols.
- Solid experience with Ethereum and Bitcoin blockchains.
- A deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, theories, principles, and best practices.
- Extensive backend engineering experience at leading startups or fast growing tech companies.
- Practical experience in DEX creation.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in CS/Mathematics/Physics.
- Quick learner with an ambitious and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and organisational abilities.
- Fluent English.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
- Take ownership of the company’s mainnet Layer 1 blockchain.
- Contribute to the estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrations.
- Participate in writing fully tested, high quality and performant code.
