Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, ensuring a high standard of execution for every event and site visit.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude to overcome challenges effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Site Visits Coordination: Arrange and coordinate site visits for clients, potential partners, and VIP guests, providing them with a comprehensive and enjoyable experience that highlights our company's products, services, and facilities.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all attendees, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the event or site visit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute client engagement events.
- Oversee event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, catering, audio-visual setup, and other event-related arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and manage budgets for events and site visits, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure necessary resources and services for events and site visits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and invitations for events and site visits.
- Handle inquiries and address concerns related to site operations and events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, collect feedback from participants, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future events.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure all events and site visits are conducted in a safe and secure manner.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
