- Strong corporate compliance understanding and experience

- Excellent writing skills and the ability to succinctly convey information to senior leaders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a goal-oriented mentality
- Strong project management and time-management skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting designing and implementing the Web 3.0 corporate compliance program including conflicts management, policy management, and ESG
- Proactively identifying and assessing potential risks and designing fit for purpose mitigating controlsImplementing technology solutions to enhance controls
- Seeking opportunities to help the business operate faster and more autonomously while managing risk at scale in promoting compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with regulatory queries and regulatory relations
- Assist in developing and managing the corporate compliance team to scale with business growth
- Assist in supporting Financial Crime Compliance and Records & Information Management as well as other areas
- Support in implementing compliance training to ensure that employees understand their responsibilities regarding ethics, laws, and regulations
- Support company risk assessments and third party risk assessments
