- Solid hands-on experience in marketing and / or advertising
- Degree or equivalent in marketing / communications
- A commercially minded marketing leader with ownership of budgeting and planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation are a plus. Experience in campaign strategy, planning, execution & follow-through
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline with 5-6 years' experience in an EB driven organization
- Someone who thinks out of the box with success stories to share with us
- Experience overseeing EB/EVP strategy end to end process design and channel management strategy (including driving traffic and engagement through a careers sites and social media channels)
- Data driven and familiar with Tech media (Paid ad focus etc)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop & execute online marketing strategy within the group
- Plan and executive of activities across all communication channels: events, PR, social media, digital campaigns, etc.
- Analyse Event Metrics to show and tell the ROI of all events and campaigns
- Execute Digital marketing plan including ad campaigns, community management, website content, social media marketing
- Work with Talent Acquisition (TA) Teams across the group to support TA’s objective in building an appealing Employer’s Brand
- Utilize labor market trend and insights to inform talent attraction strategy
