Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of working in HR team within a fast growing, dynamic technology company or relevant experience
- Strong HR functional expertise with technology, operations, and system data and analytics
- Familiarity with HRIS data entry, data analysis and report generation·
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
- Proven experience handling sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity and trust-building behaviors in all dealings is essential
- Ability to work in highly dynamic environment and respond to operational challenges in a timely manner across various time zones
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the implementation of the HRIS systems from process mapping, system testing to training and provide support during any integration processes
- Be the product lead and own the configurations, delivery, documentation and effectiveness of all people processes and records
- Drive discipline throughout our HRIS and business processes to ensure a consistent and repeatable experience for our employees and managers
- Contribute to the creation of HR strategy and roadmaps with respect to HRIS and cross functional collaborations
- Be the HRIS point of contact and provide functional support such as managing enquiries from internal stakeholders, liaising with vendor and etc
- Perform regular assessments and improvements to ensure the HR systems work properly and efficiently and adhere to the appropriate HR controls design
- Keep up to breast with HR technology trends and best practices to ensure our HRIS remains up-to-date and effective
- Support company-wide people experience initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and productivity
