Desired Qualifications
- Several years experience working in Legal Ops
- Proficiency with contract management software, preferably Ironclad
- Proactive communicator who enjoys engaging with other people
- Sharp organizational skills, for both transaction management and document management
- "Inbox zero" mentality critically important
- Cypherpunk mentality a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe, etc.
- Familiarity (or willingness to learn) Notion
- Able to operate on complex matters with limited supervision
- Able to engage a variety of stakeholders and collaborate effectively
- Capable of building and maintaining a network of effective working relationships
- Highly self motivated, flexible and proactive
- Ability to influence and build relationships across organizational and geographic boundaries
- Fluency in English. Additional languages a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize incoming work requests and prioritize tasks
- Communicate status updates to the team and stakeholders
- Manage corporate records and files using Ironclad
- Provide administrative support to attorneys
- Experiment with ways to improve legal team productivity using AI
