Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management/administration or engineering
- Strong management of global direct and indirect staff and projects required
- Strong executive level communication and presentation skills
- Possess a sense of urgency, strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability and experience in a detail-oriented position
- Ability and willingness to perform in fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Multi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification a plus
Nice To Have
- Experience working for a rapidly growing startup, and managing change
- Experience in financial services, fintech and/or crypto
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify issues and develop improvements, modifications, and enhancements related to operational workflows
- Manage financial processes and diligence, budgets and other KPIs
- Responsible for the training program for new team members
- Establishing goals for operational efficiency and productivity in collaboration with other managers
- Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to coordinate production schedules and resolve issues that arise during production
- Other duties as assigned
