Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct experience implementing marketing production
  • Experience identifying and resolving conflicting priorities and requests from various stakeholders across various levels
  • Experience with one or more complete development cycles in a production/program management role
  • Experience with preplanning, launch, and support of a product as a live service through the entire PDLC, with an emphasis on delivery and release
  • Strong organization, influence, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance between strategic and tactical execution
  • Proven track record working in rapid development cycles with creatives
  • Experience working on a ‘zero to one’ project or product a plus
  • Passion for blockchain or web3 a plus
  • Experience working with multi-discipline teams with diverse opinions and goals, both internal and with external vendors
  • Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and a problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to a uniquely creative environment
  • Champion candid and constructive communication of issues with a show and tell approach.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage various aspects of the creative production process for the business unit, maintaining quality, scope, cost, and dependencies.
  • Oversee asset management and stakeholder coordination with respect to art, marketing, content and website assets.
  • Drive product launch readiness and overall team operations on an as-needed basis.
  • Actively participate in evaluating and optimizing capacity across teams, based on team efficiency and velocity.
  • Collaborate on the production strategy for requested assets and creative contributors, considering constraints and priorities.
  • Actively engage in priority and roadmap planning, execution, review, and delivery of project sprints and live updates.
  • Set priorities for critical action items and workbacks, ensuring effective communication and alignment within and across teams.
  • Proactively identify dependencies and risks to creative deliverables, proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.
  • Actively contribute to refining the production process through root cause analysis and effective change management.
  • Consistently communicate project status with team members and help track the status of tasks to ensure key goals are met with minimal cost of delay.
  • Cultivate an open, inclusive, and positive work environment that encourages discourse and positive collaboration.
  • Confidently navigate ambiguity with clarity and visibility.
