  • A passion and proven success in recruiting for Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, Strategy, Sales and Business Development, and Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate Recruiting efforts end-to-end from role kick-off, job description development, strategic sourcing, interviewing, relationship management, coordination, and offer extension and negotiation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador and evangelist of Anchorage Digital to candidates and our communities.
  • Face complex recruiting challenges and exercises judgment in selecting solutions and techniques for obtaining positive results and removing roadblocks.
  • Provide a seamless and effective recruiting process for hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
  • Drive daily work, medium-to-large projects, and process improvement independently. These projects are usually multi-person interdepartmental or cross-functional projects, including leading from end-to-end with little oversight and coordinating activities of other team members.
  • Mentor and guide others on the team within the Corporate Recruiting domain, and help others understand the strategic goals of Anchorage.
  • Work cross-functionally within the People Team and across Anchorage to solve problems.
  • Lead process improvement by using compelling arguments to convey insights, recommendations, conclusions, and ideas.
  • Understand Anchorage, Corporate departments, teams, and team members’ underlying needs, motivations, emotions, and concerns and adjust communication to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Network with key contacts within and outside Corporate organizations.
  • Monitor the development of the company objectives and/or trends in order to successfully hire impactful talent.
  • Ensure that knowledge is shared amongst the team and does not position themselves as a single point of failure across the People Team as well as Anchorage.

Soft Skills

Although not a requirement, bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in the blockchain or fintech industries (preferably both).
  • Experience extending and closing offers that emphasize pre-IPO (incentive stock option) equity packages.
  • Global recruiting experience and/or an ability to quickly and deeply understand different markets, develop recruiting strategies, and execute them.
  • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system.
  • A few stories to share about how you changed someone's life by recruiting them into a great role or opportunity.

Salary & Benefits

Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package. Compensation Range: $120,000 - $139,000/yr - this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required. We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks. For sales and business development roles, the range provided is the On Target Earnings (“OTE”) which is inclusive of base salary + sales commissions/bonuses targets for the position. As a Member of Talent, Corporate, you will be a strong contributor to the overall direction of Corporate Recruiting while leading medium-to-large projects and process improvement within the People organization. You will be responsible for identifying uniquely accomplished individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company. You will also be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to build strategies and initiatives to engage and build relationships within the broader Compliance, Finance, Client Operations, and Sales communities. You will positively impact Anchorage culture, and are the subject-matter-expert for Corporate Recruiting. You will partner with leaders across the organization to prioritize hiring aligned with our strategic initiatives and the “bigger picture” for the future of Anchorage. Areas of recruiting focus: Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, Strategy, Sales and Business Development, and Operations.
