  • You have a Business Degree or similar related field from a top tier recognized University
  • You have deep prior experience in a growing a SaaS business as one of the first employees in the business
  • You must have a deep network of existing partnerships - we will be looking for you to demonstrate deep relationships and wins in similar roles
  • Bonus if you have existing relationships with digital marketing agencies / value added technology companies / brand agencies / advertising agencies serving the largest global brands
  • Most of your career has been focused on B2B2C SaaS propositions selling into some of the world largest brands across multi verticals
  • You are well tenured and have a demonstrable track record of hitting and overachieving your targets
  • You have a positive mindset, attitude to win and are tenacious and hungry for success
  • You are well organized and can run your business without too much management overhead
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments, a highly organized “doer,” with a bias towards action
  • You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
  • Passion and interest in blockchain technology and have had some personal and professional experience in this domain will be a plus

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the General Manager: Mintology, the Partner & Channels Manager will spearhead the go to market strategy for our indirect sales efforts by partnering with leading global and regional partners who will bring Mintology into their sales process
  • The position will primarily involve developing and managing sales channels through select partners, creating and implementing partner specific business plans, creatively deploying MDF/rewards, and supporting marketing initiatives that deliver sales growth
  • You will be responsible for hiring, training, nurturing, and all performance related metrics for your partner team, including developing joint go-to-market initiatives, training, and marketing support
  • You will be tasked with developing a territory and account-based business development strategy to ensure you can hit your primary goal of acquiring net new partners and hitting aggressive growth targets working in tandem with your select partners
  • You will be measured on Total Contract Value (TCV) deals closed and Incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (IMRR)
  • This is a global focused role and will be supported by the marketing efforts to generate lead flow, however, it is expected that you are a self-starter and will be able to generate and nurture your own leads and close deals based on your own initiative and efforts

What you will accomplish:

  • Your primary goal is to work in tandem with the team to ensure Mintology hits its financial revenue objectives
  • Be responsible for a revenue number and for building, training, and nurturing a team of partners
  • Develop your go to market strategy around specific market verticals, use cases and target partners
  • Strategy broken down in clearly defined plans to hit internal Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) measured monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • All target accounts must be populated and managed via the internal CRM tools
  • Work with direct sales team as necessary to support the sales and engagement process
  • Once customers are signed up, work to ensure you nurture the relationships for any cross and upsell
  • Set up and manage a customer feedback loop regarding customer satisfaction and retention ( Net Promoter Score)
  • Work with the Product Management team on market research across the product spectrum to fine tune the offering and plan the product roadmap
  • Work with our Growth Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across all online B2B channels – to recruit additional partners
  • Work with our CRM system to plan email marketing & campaign management to prospect base, to manage education and conversion strategy
  • Ensure all partner leads which are generated are well qualified and that the correct resources are allocated adequately and prioritised based on success metrics for closing
