Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience working at a Consulting or Accounting Firm in an accounting or tax role
- Ability to think and operate with a First Principles mindset
- Proven experience in sales operations, systems administration, reporting, and analytics
- Experience working with Salesforce, or comparable sales CRM tools
- Ability to describe basic accounting systems and processes in both written correspondence and oral presentation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) and executive presence
- Strong priority management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- General understanding of the annual tax filing process
- General understanding of major GAAP accounting standards
- Knowledge of research techniques to analyze data and make recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

What you’ll be doing: Client Success (50%) Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring elevated levels of client satisfaction Deliver thoughtful proposals and notifications of price increases to existing Clients within the constraints of the Kruze pricing structure Conduct in-depth discussions (Account Reviews) with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and objectives, and how Kruze can support them
Reporting and Analytics: (25%) Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights to the sales team and management Conduct analysis of client pricing levels, pricing plan qualifications, and service needs/requirements to identify opportunities for price adjustments, engagement expansion, and cross-selling Prepare recommendations and proposals for engagement expansion and cross-sell opportunities
Business Development and Retention: (20%) Contribute to new business development efforts by providing data-driven insights to help identify potential target markets, industries, or prospects Assist in client retention strategies by analyzing customer behavior and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Collaborate closely with the Kruze Quality Assurance team to provide valuable feedback from clients on our service levels, abilities to support their evolving needs, and areas to improve
Other (5%) Work cross-functionally with our Onboarding, Tax, Accounting, and Finance teams—echoing the voice of the client and providing constructive and actionable feedback to the team
