- Familiarity with managing and securing Discord servers and other community platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
- In-depth knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem and its unique community dynamics.
- Competence in multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our community presence across platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Moderate and manage our Discord server to ensure a secure environment, free from spammers and scammers.
- Actively engage with our community, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering a constructive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for coordinated announcements, AMAs, and other community events.
- Gather and analyze community feedback, relaying insights to appropriate teams for product improvement.
- Set and meet ambitious growth objectives, with a focus on significantly increasing user engagement.
