Desired Qualifications

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in product and project management, ideally in the tech or AR field. You've already launched several apps, each of which has reached millions of users.
• Software: Ideally, you would have been an active programmer for a few years, or better yet, a Unity Technical Artist. If not, however, you should be familiar with this area at an expert level.
• Education: You have a degree in a field such as business, computer science or engineering. A bonus point if you have a Master's or Project Management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master!
• Technical know-how: You are a professional in web, app, AI, and 3D art development. You are familiar with project management tools and feel at home with SCRUM and Agile methods.
• Language skills: Not only can you communicate excellently in English, but you also speak and write at a native speaker level German. This is a must! Leadership: You are a born leader, able to manage a diverse team and satisfy demanding customers.
• Analytical skills: Interpreting metrics, user feedback, and market trends is in your blood, and you know how to translate them into better product experiences.
• Creativity: You have a keen eye for design and detail and are always committed to top-notch aesthetics in our AR, UI & UX effects.
• Trend watchers: You have your finger on the pulse of AR, SaaS and AI trends. You understand our product, our competitors and our customers.
• Risk: You'll be able to identify potential issues and dodge them so that all projects run smoothly and stay on budget.
• Problem solver: Challenges are your playground. You love innovative solutions and quick adaptations in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Control the internal and external development of our web, Unity, and native app, AI, and 3D artwork projects by using a combination of SCRUM and project management techniques to deliver our best-in-class AR solutions on time.
• Work hand-in-hand with various teams to align the development and implementation of our AR software with the goals of our company and the specific requirements of our demanding large customers.
• Create detailed plans and requirements for our AR platform's projects and products to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Maintain close relationships with our customers, understand the high demands of our demanding and impressive major customers and promote the benefits of our AR solutions to all parties involved.
• Act like an art director and advocate for the highest aesthetic quality in our augmented reality, UI & UX effects.
• Leverage analytics data, customer feedback, and AR market trends to continuously improve our software.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, team, budget, and risks, and keep everyone in the loop.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in AR, SaaS and AI to increase the performance of our product, the efficiency of our business and the satisfaction of our customers.
