Desired Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java with excellent coding skills and substantial work experience.
- Proficient in widely-used open-source application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, and Spring Cloud.
- Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL and Oracle, including experience in SQL tuning.
- Solid understanding of distributed system design and development, with experience in typical middleware technologies such as RPC, caching, and message queues (MQ).
- Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node.js, and React, among others.
- Experience with finance accounting systems or relevant project experience, including familiarity with Oracle Netsuite finance modules.
- Strong aptitude for learning and effective communication skills, displaying honesty and trustworthiness. Proficient in analytical thinking, with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the company's internal management-oriented products using continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies, ensuring the creation of secure, stable, efficient, and user-friendly enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with product and other R&D teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions, leveraging technology expertise and gaining a deep understanding of the business domain.
- Design, code, and deliver high-quality products and solutions that meet specified requirements and specifications.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, frameworks, and solutions relevant to application development, and effectively implement them within specific project implementation processes.
