Proven track record of 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto or web3

Decision-driven mindset. It’s great if you can analyze raw data, build dashboards, create data lakes, but the expected result of your work is to deliver features and products that drive business.
Comfortable working in high-growth, constantly changing environments
Upper-intermediate level of English

Own the product roadmap, which includes helping to prioritize new products, conduct product validation, and develop product requirement documents.
Lead go-to-market activities via coordinating internal stakeholders such as legal, marketing, etc.
Deliver well thought-out product ideas with supporting information to get buy-in from internal stakeholders to prioritize product development.
Use data and customer feedback to constantly improve our users’ experience
