Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency using CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity management
  • Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
  • 2-4 years experience with inbound, outbound, and client-facing sales positioning SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings
  • Skilled in prospecting techniques
  • A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively in an effort to source and progress new business
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by technical services
  • Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to maximize efficiency, streamline operations, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Use Hubspot to enhance sales productivity, enable accurate forecasting, and drive pipeline visibility.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of qualified leads, optimize lead routing processes, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales analytics and reporting frameworks to track performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives in the Bitcoin and financial markets.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO, marketing team, and executive leadership, highlighting key metrics, performance indicators, and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive sales data analysis to identify patterns, customer behaviour insights, and opportunities for revenue optimisation.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
  • Pitch and draft proposals for higher tier clients
  • Work with marketing iteratively to develop sales enablement materials
  • Develop sales playbook and any required materials to support the sales team
  • Co-develop OKRs for the sales function and KPIs for the team
  • Effectively managing a team of 3 to 5 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to maximize their performance and professional development.
  • Developing and executing effective inbound and outbound strategies to penetrate new markets, driving customer acquisition, and increasing market share.
  • Leading negotiations and closing deals with key partners.
  • Continuously enhancing the sales team's skills and knowledge through training programs, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative sales culture, encouraging teamwork, sharing of best practices, and knowledge exchange among team members and other teams such as compliance, marketing, product and legal.
