  • PR: You demonstrate success in messaging, media training, media relations, and content writing.
  • Industries: You have experience in professional services, tech, fintech, corporate communications or comparable field.
  • Work Ethic And Intensity: You are a leader with proven mastery of a mid-level role: ongoing media relations, smart, organized, client facing.
  • Accounts: You have successfully been an account lead and can clearly articulate KPIs on these accounts with personal ownership of outputs.
  • Strategic Thinking: You have delivered strategy to clients and can provide examples of short term and long term strategic thinking on accounts.
  • Leadership: You have demonstrated the ability to lead and hold people accountable, meet deadlines, and manage conflict resolution.
  • New Business: You have successfully brought in new business at your last agency and/or have participated in pitching, proposal, and contract writing.
  • Clients: You have been directly responsible for managing a client or managed a client through a problem and can give examples of client relations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Relations: You are the client’s go-to communications professional

Understand the client’s needs, expectations and business and provide on-going strategic communications counsel Lead client facing meetings with authority and confidence Answer client questions in real-time Earn the trust and confidence of the client
