Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on projects at scale
- 3+ years of experience in leading a cross functional team of 5+ team members to design, develop and maintain a scalable mobile application using React Native, Node.js/Go
- Experience with web3 tools and technologies, particularly within the Ethereum ecosystem
- Demonstrated professional expertise in maintaining elevated testing standards, including rigorous unit, integration, and component testing
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SVG, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands on experience in event-driven architecture using Socket.IO/Websocket
- Working knowledge of releasing applications on iOS and Android
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with your squad to define, build, and deliver impactful business and product goals through iterative development.
- Craft secure and seamless UI interfaces across web, mobile, and web3 platforms, leveraging your expert knowledge of frameworks and libraries.
- Design and maintain an application architecture that supports business integration, user growth, and optimal tradeoffs in performance, privacy, security, and maintainability.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative environment where everyone is inspired to contribute, solve problems, and achieve shared goals.
- Cultivate a culture that encourages team members to share and develop innovative ideas.

- Experience working through the full application lifecycle experience for at least one large scale software project, having a big picture understanding of all the pieces at play
- Understanding of Kotlin/Swift/C++
- Experience with implementing smart contracts using Solidity or Go
- Experience in cryptography
- Experience in using and deploying blockchain infrastructure
- DevOps knowledge (experience with or understanding of PostgreSQL, CI/CD pipelines, Github Actions, AWS and Azure infrastructure services, Docker, Kubernetes)
