Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Extensive experience working with SDKs and APIs
- Understanding of solidity and smart contracts, as well as hands-on experience using web3 wallets
- Full cycle software development experience from ideation and discovery to launch
- Experience writing out user stories and user story mapping
- Cross-functional team experience, stakeholder management, and time spent building strong user relationships
- Prototype development and testing
- Experienced in using Google Analytics or similar tool
- Background working on at least one successful user-facing mobile/web application
- Released full mobile/web app features
- Has worked in agile processes before and understands the trade-offs
- Knows collaboration tools (Notion, Jira, Github, Zeplin etc)
- Experience in a feature discovery process
Duties & Responsibilities
- Emphasize with a developer audience through hands-on research to validate features and specifications.
- Help draft and execute the roadmap for our Safe{Core} stack.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define high-level epics and low-level tasks.
- Help further shape and improve the {Core}’s product development processes.
- Influence and execute on the definition and planning of epics.
- Track metrics of success and report on the findings with data-driven analytics.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with retrospectives to ensure continuous improvements of the team.

💻 About the role: As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the {Core} SDK and {Core} API roadmaps, ensuring our developer products offer the best value to builders inside and outside web3. You will be joining the Safe{Core} team and be exposed to top-tier organizations from the Safe ecosystem and beyond.
Tech Stack for this position includes Github (including project management), Notion, Dune, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Slack, Sketch/Figma + Typescript.
