Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generate, engage, and qualify inbound/outbound leads. Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM and convert quality leads by arranging meetings/calls/demos between prospects and account executives.
- Market Scanning: Proactively scan the web3 market for potential partners, with an eye for opportunities that will significantly increase NOYA's TVL. Assess the business development landscape and push opportunities over the finish line.
- Increasing TVL: Develop and implement strategies specifically aimed at increasing the Total Value Locked in our DeFi project. Work closely with partners to understand their needs and how NOYA's offerings can add value to their assets under management.
- Partnership Development: Identify potential business and partnership opportunities for NOYA's products and services. Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across government, financial institutions, and private sectors.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and structure deals that are beneficial for increasing TVL and achieving strategic business objectives. Work towards agreements that support both short-term gains and long-term growth.
- Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to shape NOYA's product and business strategy. Stay ahead of trends and shifts in the web3 and DeFi markets with a particular focus on those affecting TVL.
- Partnership Strategies: Develop and implement partnership strategies that prioritize adopting NOYA's products while exploring opportunities to test and validate new offerings. Collaborate with the product team to meet market needs effectively and increase TVL through strategic partnerships.
- Reporting and CRM Management: Maintain rigorous records of sales and business development activities in our CRM system. Ensure data-driven reporting that reflects accurate tracking of partnership impacts, especially concerning TVL growth.
