Desired Qualifications
- Will be the torchbearer of our brand's image, voice, aesthetic, and identity. Will focus on conceptualizing and executing brand narratives and campaigns across social media and influencer platforms, aligning with Monkey Tilt's mission and values to enhance player engagement and brand loyalty. An interest in online gambling and crypto will be greatly advantageous. Position requires being super comfortable producing short-form video, meme content, and X content. Ideally GenZ. We’re looking for an “up and coming Zaria from Duolingo”
Duties & Responsibilities
- Brand Management
- Develop and enforce Monkey Tilt’s brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity and coherence across all channels and touchpoints
- Drive the brand to stay fresh, relevant, and innovative by keeping up-to-date with industry trends
- Creative Campaigns
- Conceptualize, design, and lead high-impact creative campaigns tailored for both organic and paid social media
- Developing in-house content and overseeing third-party collaborators for content creation
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign success, leveraging analytics and A/B testing
- Influencer Collaboration
- Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with influencers that resonate with our target audience and align with Monkey Tilt's values
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Integrate the brand's voice and identity cohesively by closely working with cross-functional teams at every player touchpoint
- Align brand messaging and positioning in sync with Sales, Product, and other departments
