- You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network by guiding new content creators through the onboarding process onto the WFO Extreme Sports Creator Network.
Duties & Responsibilities
- In this position, you will lead creator onboarding across our website, OTT TV channel, social platforms, events, directory, and more. Responsibilities include:
- Refining and executing our comprehensive Creator Onboarding Process
- Managing onboarding project systems and training team members
- Creating legal agreements for creators to sign up
- Welcoming creators and providing platform walkthroughs
- Ensuring creator accounts and content meet quality standards
- Providing ongoing training and resources for creators
- Promoting creators through affiliate programs and merchandise opportunities
- Tracking performance data to help creators optimize content
- Facilitating collaborations between creators
