Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Digital Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging digital content.
Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of digital design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with video editing software and ability to create and edit videos and animations.
Knowledge of best practices in social media platforms, online advertising, and email marketing.
Understanding of SEO principles and ability to optimize digital content for search engines.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the fintech or blockchain industry.
Experience with motion graphics and 3D design.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop digital content strategies that align with LCX's brand and marketing goals.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging digital assets, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media, for use across various online platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) to design and produce high-quality digital content.
- Ensure that all digital content produced adheres to LCX's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital design and content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and deliver content that meets business needs.
- Optimize digital content for performance, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO) to maximize engagement and reach.
- Conduct regular audits and analyses of digital content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring easy access and organization for future use.
