Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and direct growth strategy for the Celo blockchain ecosystem in conjunction with senior management and executive teams
  • Manage audience segmentation and acquisition strategies, driving top-of-funnel awareness for platform growth, analyzing mid-funnel & optimizing bottom-funnel for acquisition and conversion
  • Increase on-chain user retention and re-engagement metrics
  • Design and implement measurement and attribution frameworks across owned social platforms, quests, CRM, etc.
  • Define marketing growth goals and KPIs
  • Lead growth marketing processes as a strategist and strong individual contributor
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Ecosystem, DevRel, Strategy & Innovation)
  • Interpret, visualize, and create marketing messages backed by compelling data
  • Manage growth marketing P/L
  • Learn and effectively utilize new data-driven software & innovations
  • Synthesize team feedback and ideas to make final decisions on the execution of project goals while prioritizing operational excellence

Celo is seeking to hire a Growth Marketing Partner within the Marketing Communications team, to lead the development and execution of our growth marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing web3 growth strategies, performing as an individual contributor. You will define marketing growth goals, own our onchain campaigns and activities in pursuit of growing, retaining, and re-engaging Celo’s global user base. You will be a cross-functional partner to our Ecosystem, Developer Relations, and Strategy & Innovation teams, manage the growth marketing budget, and provide operational excellence in project execution.
